We offers a streamlined and transparency warranty policy for our valuable customers. We're responsible for the repair or replacement of defective product components or materials as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship. The warranty is applied to all of our products and begins from the date of purchase.

    NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

    • Damage that is not related to defects in materials and workmanship, like accidents, abuse, misuse, carelessness, fire, water, or other force majeure.
    • Improper or not authorized modification of the product or disregard of the instructions for use.
    • Unauthorized repairs or repairs carried out during the warranty period without the sellers’ consent
    • Transport damage – the carrier is liable
    • Wear and tear through fair use
    • Damage occurring beyond the warranty period

    HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

    • Please submit your warranty claim within 2 days after you notice the defect.
    • Please provide your order number as a legible proof of purchase. Send an email to topcrazydeals@opcrazydeals.com and provide us high resolution pictures or video of the claimed defect.
    •  For defective parts, we will ship the replacement parts to you free of charge. You may replace the parts yourself or through a third party at your own expense.
    • The replacement parts may vary in appearance from the original and will always send you either the same (if chair is in stock) or compatible one.

     CARE GUIDE

    • To remove dirt or light stains wipe the leather with a slightly damp microfiber cloth.
    • Don’t use the chair near appliances that generate high heat that can damage or discolor the PU leather or armrests.
    • Protect your chair by avoiding impacts and sharp objects.
    • Long-term exposure to moisture or perspiration can damage the integrity of the PU leather.
