1) How do I get the status of my order?
Once your order has been successfully placed, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order details. You will receive the tracking number when the label is created.
2) Can I cancel my order?
For order cancellations, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org before 8:00 am next day.
3) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, debit and credit cards.
4) Can I change the address on my order?

Delivery & Shipping
1) How much the item will cost to ship?
The shipping cost is free on all items and no minimum purchase required.
2) Which shipping couriers do you use?
We're using both known shipping couriers such as FedEx, UPS, Canada Post and In-house delivery (Specially for Greater Toronto Area) to ship the products to our customer.
3) How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders next day, orders are generally received within 3-7 business days. Topcrazydeals is not responsible for any delays due to carrier delays, unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
4) How can I track my order?
When you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via confirmation email. Please note: The tracking number can take up to 24 hours to update.
Return & Refunds
1) How can I return my order?
We offer a 30-days return period, please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return and they will send you an email with return shipping label and instructions to follow.
Our quality team will inspect and confirm the item is in original packaging with no damages.
2) How long will it take to get a refund?
Upon receiving the item, it will take 5 business days to issue a refund from our end.
3) What is your Warranty Policy?
We offer a warranty on all gaming chairs for 90 days. Please refer to Warranty section for more details.
1) How do I assemble the gaming chairs?
You will find the instruction manual in the box and it takes you to a visual walk-through to assemble the chair easily.
2) How much time it takes to assemble the chair?
Most of the user takes an average time of 20 - 25 minutes to put the chair together. For any issues or difficulties, please feel free to contact us through Contact Form and our customer service team will happy to assist you.
1) Can I purchase the replacement parts out of Warranty?
Yes, the replacement parts can be purchased separately but depends upon the availability. If you want to buy the parts then provide your order number and will check if still available.
2) If out of warranty, how much you will charge for the replacement parts?
Well, you have to go Accessories section of our website to make a purchase.
