SHIPPING POLICY
1) SHIPPING REGION
- We're using the known shipping couriers to deliver the goods in the safest and timely manner. We ship all the orders received before 8 am the same day or the next day.
- We ship orders across Canada except for Territories, Newfoundland/Labrador Remote, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- We do not ship heavy or larger boxes (25 Kg & above) to PO boxes address.
2) SHIPPING RATES
- You do not have to pay anything for shipping (Free Shipping).
3) TRACKING
- The system will send the tracking number automatically, once the label is created.
- You can go on the courier's website and check the status of your order.
RETURN POLICY
- We ensure to provide our customer hustle-free return, All items purchased may be returned for any reason within 30 days upon receipt.
- Items returned must be in original packaging and fully disassembled along with all accessories included in the shipment.
- Return shipping cost will be paid by Topcrazydeals if the received item is damaged in transit, defective, incorrect else paid by the customer for buyer's remorse reason.

- We may require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund.
